Orders are securely packed and processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

TRACKING INFORMATION
All orders include a tracking number with real-time updates so you can monitor your Aurivita order as it makes its way to you.
If your tracking status does not update immediately, please allow 3–7 business days for the carrier to scan and show movement in their system, especially during peak seasons.
DELAYS
Delivery times may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs inspections, severe weather conditions, or high seasonal demand. Aurivita is unable to file carrier disputes unless a package is officially confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist you promptly.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Aurivita is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you realize you made a mistake and your order has not yet been shipped, please reach out to us immediately so we can update the address upon request.
ORDER MARKED DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
Please contact us first so we can verify the delivery details and assist you with the carrier investigation process to ensure you receive your order.
