Returns & Refund Policy – Aurivita
I. POLICY FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE US, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND & UAE
At Aurivita, we stand behind the quality and efficacy of our protocols. If you are not completely satisfied with your results, you may request a return or exchange within 120 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a full refund under our 120-Day Guarantee, all pouches from your order (including opened, empty, or unused pouches) must be returned to our fulfillment facility.
Our comprehensive supplement protocols (such as the 120-Day Vascular Repair Protocol) are fully covered by our 120-Day Guarantee, even if purchased during a seasonal promotion.
However, any items acquired as free gifts are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged. Free promotional items hold no cash value and cannot be returned for a standalone refund or store credit under any circumstances.
Additionally, heavily discounted standalone clearance items are FINAL SALE and are eligible for exchange or store credit only. We do not offer monetary refunds on standalone clearance items for customers in these regions.

Once approved, we will process a replacement order. The original items must be sent back, and all return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Each customer is eligible for one exchange per order.
Once your return is received and processed at our facility, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (or store credit if applicable) within 10 business days.
II. POLICY FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE UK & EUROPEAN UNION
In compliance with the UK Consumer Rights Act and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers residing in the UK and EU have the statutory right to cancel their order and return items for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the goods. At Aurivita, we proudly extend this window to 120 days for all eligible purchases under our risk-free guarantee.
UK and EU customers may return sale and clearance items for a refund, provided the items are returned to our facility. Please note that free gifts remain non-returnable and hold no refund value.
Unless the item is defective or incorrect upon arrival, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to our facility. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Returns sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your package arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@aurivitalabs.com. We will send a replacement at no additional cost for any product issues reported within the 120-day window.
Due to safety, sanitary, and promotional terms, certain items are completely ineligible for return. This includes:

Free Gifts: Any items acquired for free as part of a promotional offer or bundle (e.g., complimentary digital guides, pill organizers, or promotional gear) are entirely non-returnable, non-refundable, and ineligible for exchange.

Unauthorized Returns: Any returns sent back to our facilities without a confirmed return authorization from our support team.
